Ducky Bhai Wasn’t Just Promoting Betting Apps He Was a Country Head, Say NCCIA.

Things took a serious turn for popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai. He’s in major trouble with the law, and the accusations are much bigger than most people imagined. He’s not just being questioned for promoting betting apps; the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) is claiming he was actually the country head for one of them.

The whole situation came to a head when authorities arrested him at Lahore’s airport early Sunday morning. It seems he was trying to leave the country when he was stopped and taken into custody. He has since been brought before a judge.

According to NCCIA officials, this wasn’t a small side job. They allege that Ducky Bhai served as the “country manager” for an illegal gambling operation. The agency claims he used his massive YouTube following to push at least 12 different betting platforms, including big names like 1xBet, Binomo, Bet365, and B9 Game. For his promotional work, he allegedly received payments totaling millions of rupees.

This arrest didn’t happen overnight. The agency says they had repeatedly asked Ducky Bhai to come in and cooperate with their investigation. After he failed to show up multiple times, they put his name on a list that prevents him from leaving the country, known as the PNIL. That’s likely how he was caught at the airport.

The official charges against him are quite serious. The case, which was filed by the state just after midnight on August 17, includes electronic forgery, electronic fraud, spamming, and spoofing under Pakistan’s electronic crimes act. On top of that, he’s facing charges of cheating and promoting prize schemes related to trade under the Pakistan Penal Code.
