Senator Ejaz Chaudhry and Two Allies Kicked Out by Election Body!

Major Political Shake-Up: Election Commission Removes Three Key Figures

Islamabad, Pakistan: The country’s election watchdog, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), has made a significant announcement: Senator Ejaz Chaudhry, along with Punjab’s Assembly Opposition Leader Ahmad Khan Bhachar, and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Ahmad Chattha, are no longer allowed to hold public office.

This big decision, laid out in an official statement from the ECP, explains that Senator Ejaz Chaudhry’s removal came after a specialized Anti-Terrorism Court found him guilty and handed him a ten-year jail sentence.

Beyond Senator Chaudhry, the ECP also declared Ahmad Khan Bhachar, who won his seat from PP-87 Mianwali, and Ahmad Chattha, elected from NA-66 Wazirabad, as unfit to continue in their roles. As a direct result, all three of these political positions are now officially empty.
