Upgrading Business Jazz and Mercantile Team Up for Pakistan’s First B2B iPhone Buy-Back Plan

In a move set to change how businesses manage their technology, Jazz Business, a top digital solutions provider in Pakistan, has joined forces with Mercantile, the official distributor for Apple products in the country. Together, they’ve introduced Pakistan’s very first B2B iPhone buy-back program. This is a significant step forward for business technology.

The partnership was officially launched during a signing ceremony with Umar Malik, who heads Devices & Partnerships for Jazz Business, and Muhammad Zeeshan, Mercantile’s Head of Marketing.

This new program gives companies a simple, organized way to trade in their older iPhones for new ones. It’s designed to make adopting new technology more affordable and environmentally friendly. By offering a buy-back option, businesses can lower their initial costs, manage their device lifecycles more efficiently, and even contribute to device recycling.

For this initial phase, Jazz Business clients will get special perks on iPhones from Mercantile. These include an extended two-year warranty (one year from Apple and an extra year from Mercantile), access to Apple-authorized service centers in Lahore and Islamabad, and the assurance of 100% genuine Apple products and accessories.

Umar Malik of Jazz Business spoke at the event, saying, “This collaboration shows our dedication to providing innovative solutions that are not only affordable but also sustainable and ready for the future. The iPhone buy-back program will help businesses handle their devices more effectively and speed up their digital transformation.”

Nauman Durrani, the CEO of Mercantile, also shared his enthusiasm. “We are thrilled to work with Jazz Business to bring the Apple ecosystem to their customers in Pakistan. Now, with a guaranteed buy-back option, a two-year warranty on iPhones, Apple Care for Macs and iPads, and ongoing support from our authorized service centers, it’s a complete package.”

With this new initiative, Jazz Business and Mercantile are leading the way in enterprise mobility and device management solutions. They’re aiming to build long-lasting relationships with customers, drive business growth, and stand out in Pakistan’s evolving enterprise technology market.
